    Robyn Bercaw; CPSI, President

    Robyn started Safety Down Under, Inc. in 2002 to promote our playground safety surfacing. Since then, Safety Down Under has expanded to include playground inspection, maintenance, repair, and sales.

    Robyn has held her NRPA Certified Playground Safety Inspector certification since 2012.

    Martin Bercaw; CPSI, Vice President

    With over 25 years of experience performing playground inspections, maintenance, repair, and sales. Martin has maintained his NRPA Certified Playground Safety Inspector certification for over 25 years.

    Martin holds the following certifications:

    Big Toys Certified Playground Installer

    Playworld Systems Certified Playground Installer

    Julie Friedman; OTR, CPSI, Project Sales Manager

    Julie has worked seasonally for Safety Down Under since 2014. In 2024, she joined Safety Down Under full time as a Project Sales Manager.

    Julie is an occupational therapist with a passion for play based development & learning, inclusive playground design, and making play spaces accessible.
